Le comité international d'experts

The committee that supports our Nutrition & Balance programme consists of several experts specialising in nutrition and catering professionals. The committee members are from different countries to adapt to local food cultures.

This group of experts has developed and validated the list of criteria used to identify dishes in restaurants. They also guarantee the connection with local groups of experts which will be set up in the programme's partner countries.

The group of experts is chaired by professor Ambroise Martin, a nutrition specialist at the Lyon Faculty of Medicine.
