Contexte nutritionnel

Whether in France or abroad, consumers, more than ever, want to obtain information on their environment and what is in their plates!

According to a recent survey, "les Français au restaurant"*, restaurant customers have an approach that aims to adopt the best food habits: they now want lighter meals, tend to ask for sauces to be served separately or are more selective about side dishes. They have become "consum'actors". They want to eat well, look for healthier products but refuse to give up the idea of pleasure and conviviality.

To meet growing expectations from consumers, 60% of restaurateurs feel that they must react but only 13% believe they have a role to play, probably feeling impotent with respect to the extend of the work ahead. That is why we wanted a simple and free programme for restaurateurs and easily identifiable for consumers.

In a society where obesity and bad eating habits are growing concerns, Ticket Restaurant®, strengthened by its leadership and network of over a million affiliated restaurateurs, would like to facilitate access to healthy and balanced food for all which offers culinary diversity and pleasure!
