The Nutrition & Balance programme was created on the basis of a group of nutrition experts, chaired by Ambroise Martin (Professor of nutrition at the Lyon Faculty of Medicine). This group of experts drew up the simple rules establishing whether a dish meets the criteria of a varied and balanced diet. For further information on the group of experts, click here.

On the menus you give to your customers to choose their lunch, place the sticker on the Gustino dish(es) meeting the balanced diet criteria described in the restaurateur guide.
When you join the programme, we send you a communication kit comprising a window sticker, menu stickers and leaflets that you can give to your customers when they ask you questions about Gustino.
Nutrition & Balance nutrition professionals will regularly visit restaurateurs. Their mission will be to validate that the dishes marked with the Gustino sticker effectively respond to the rules of the Nutrition & Balance programme.
Use the Nutrition & Balance map , to instantly find member restaurateurs next to you and everywhere in France.
It is very easy to identify them rapidly on restaurateurs' menu thanks to the Gustino menu stickers placed next to balanced dishes.
