1 plain yoghurt or fromage frais (20% fat in dry matter )
1 individual wholegrain bread
1 ordinary butter (10 g)
1 small pot jam pot (30 g) or 1 spoonful sugar (for the dairy product)

The "Balanced" platter

Composition :

Chicken fillet (150g maxi)
Bean sprouts
Carrot
Green pepper
Mange tout peas
Green asparagus
Olive bread
Fresh goat's cheese (30g maxi)
Rocket salad
Olive oil and lemon dressing (one tablespoon)
