Food traps
Some of our reflexes and habits can prevent us from balancing our diet. Do you know these simple rules?
Reduce high sugar foods
Sugar is a source of instant energy. It can therefore only satisfy hunger for a short time.
A soft drink can contain up to the equivalent of 7 sugar cubes. So only drink them occasionally.
Reduce high fat foods
Our body needs them but we usually eat too many of them. These foods are for example Viennese pastries, pastries, pork delicatessen, butter, sauces, etc.
Keep away from sauces with butter or cream.
Avoid excessively fat cooking methods like frying.
Reduce salt
Generally speaking we eat too much salt. The simple reflex of adding a little less salt to dishes is recommended.
